Landing your dream job is not very different from finding your dream partner. You got me right. You follow the same process. Now you don\u2019t just break it to your high school sweetheart. Do you? You follow the protocol. Start the conversation with his closest buddy, almost stalking him on social media, bumping into him at his most visited night club yet making it look like a coincidence. Finding your dream job isn\u2019t much different. You gotta put the same effort.<\/p>\n
It is important to know your existing competitor and his\/her competencies. Know the skills you have and more importantly those you don\u2019t possess. See if they can be acquired. In most cases they can be. Just do it!<\/p>\n
